We have been involved in many fund-raising activities over the years and each year we support at least one national childrens’ charity.   We know that it is important to give as well as receive!!.
Every November Scoil Phádraig  pupils fill shoeboxes with gifts for children in need.  These love – filled boxes bring joy and happiness to children in almost 100 countries around the world.
During Lent all staff and families receive Trócaire boxes and they are encouraged to donate whatever amount they can afford for this very worthwhile charity.
We  held a pyjama days to raise funds and awareness for Temple Street and Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
We raised money for The Irish Flood Victims Appeal.  Pupils, teachers and parents participated in a Jumble Sale /Cake Sale, which coincided with our task for reducing, reusing and recycling  – a fun and worthwhile day for all.
We held a Jumble/Cake sale in order to raise much needed funds for The St. Vincent De Paul Society and Steadfast House.  They both received €150 each and really appreciate our contribution in these difficult financial times. Thank You to the staff, parents, and pupils for their generosity
